No cryptocurrency, international wire transfer, or credit card payment is accepted.
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal in respect of a deposit made to v3333 constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon initiation of any chargeback, v3333 reserves the right to immediately suspend your Account, freeze your Balance pending investigation, and pursue recovery of any funds disbursed pursuant to the reversed deposit.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by v3333 are subject to individual promotion terms, which will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

By registering an Account on v3333, you consent to receiving promotional communications relating to bonuses, offers, and platform updates. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by contacting our support team; opting out does not affect the validity of bonuses already credited to your Account.
All bets placed on v3333 are final once confirmed by the platform. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of every bet — including the event, market, stake, and odds — before confirming. v3333 will not reverse a bet on the grounds that it was placed in error by the User, except where a manifest error by the platform itself is established.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned at v3333's discretion in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the event does not commence within twelve (12) hours of the scheduled start time and has not been completed; manifest pricing errors are identified; or technical malfunctions affect the integrity of the market.

Following investigation, v3333 may permanently close your Account where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed. In such cases, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Balance after deducting losses attributable to the breach will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus Funds will be forfeited in all cases of material breach.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of outstanding KYC and AML checks.
